For the first time ever a three Michelin Star Chef is the exclusive protagonist of a NFT created in a once-in-a-life dine, wine and art experience. Chef Beck is at the same time both the unrivalled creator of a menu never realised before and the artist who sign the artwork that immortalize the night and the NFT. The exceptional wines of the night are introduced by winery owners.

The first NFT ever linked to a once-in-a-life dine wine art experience by a three Michelin starred chef has been created in Dubai, by Heinz Beck (La Pergola, Waldorf Astoria Rome) at his Social by Heinz Beck, during an outstanding, unrepeatable dine and wine experience. The recipes of the dishes were never presented before and will never be cooked again by Chef Beck. The wines came from very prestigious Italian wineries, all members of the Italian Wine Crypto Bank: Mazzei (“Castello di Fonterutoli” Chianti Classico Gran Selezione DOCG 2017), Michele Satta (“Giovin Re” Bianco Bolgheri IGT 2017), Tua Rita (“Per Sempre” Syrah Toscana IGT 2018), Podere La Regola (“L’eccezione” Brut Nature Metodo Classico NV) and Argiano, which for the occasion was represented by his General Manager (Bernardino Sani) to introduce the wine of the night (“Solengo” Toscana IGT 2018) and to announce the launch of an NFT in the collection catch 22 by the Italian Wine Crypto Bank.
The minting of this NFT is historic because Heinz Beck is also the author of the artwork that represents it. Chef Beck became a chef – and what a chef! – to fulfill a wish of his father who disapproved his desire to become a painter. The original artwork has been duly destroyed in the presence of the guests at the end of the experience, so the only track of it is in the 35 NFT minted. It will be interesting to see if the holders of this NFT will keep it or will put on the market, and at what price.
